5. After Landing
Once UAV is disarmed:
- Unplug the lidar.
- Plug in ethernet cables once again and connect to the computer.
- Open Hyperspec III: go to “Capture” and click STOP.
- Open Batch Processing (Collect Data from VNIR – Nano HP):
- Select “FTP: Download Folders” from the dropdown menu in the flight panel.
- Press “process flight”.
- Enter the login credentials:
- Host:

hpi - Password:
HeadwallnHP940(login info is on the sensor)
- Host:
- Press the browse button and select a local folder for the downloaded data to go.
- Select the folders that you want to download and press “Download selected folders”.
- Exit batch processing! Your data should be in the selected folder.
- Open Hyperspec III back up (collect data from the SWIR):
- Open the “file transfer” tab.
- Select your folders you want (All folders with the date stamp).
- Set your target folder.
- DO NOT select create cube images.
- Click transfer and watch the progress bar.
- Close HSIII.
- Collect GPS/IMU Data:
- Open web browser and enter the address 10.0.65.51:8080
- Enter admin into username and the unit serial number into the password
- the serial number can be found on the applanix pic in the upper right corner of the web browser
- Open data logging tab
- click internal
- nav to the folder with the month of the flight and then the folder with the day
- Open the DEFAULT folder
- Click select all then download selected files
- click ok
- move files from the default download directory to where you want them
- Disconnect Ethernet cables from the sensor.
- Close down computer with all data!
- Turn off Controller and NavBay:
- Press & hold radio power button for 1 sec to turn off.
- Press & hold power/lock button & volume down button until off (Or: swipe down twice until power button is visible on screen and turn off).
- Disconnect the sensor from the battery.
- Disconnect the battery from the UAV.
- Unscrew the antennas.

Fold down all attachments and fold in the arms and blades. Replace the protective covers on the blades.

Tada! Make sure everything is put away in its assigned location and clean.
